Welcome to FarmstayResort.com. By making a booking through our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. General Terms

All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable IDs include: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in at any property listed on our platform.

Guests are expected to maintain decent behavior during their stay. Any inappropriate actions or misconduct may result in termination of stay without refund, after proper investigation by the property management.

Discounted bookings cannot be modified. In case of early check-out under such bookings, no refund will be processed.

Guests may be contacted before check-in to confirm arrival details. If there is no response after multiple attempts, the booking may be held or cancelled. Subject to availability, it can be reinstated once the guest reconnects and completes necessary payments.

To ensure better services, FarmstayResort.com may reach out to guests post-stay for feedback through calls or messages.
2. Security Deposit

Certain properties may require a refundable security deposit at the time of booking or check-in.

The deposit is used to cover damages, loss of property, or unpaid charges (including damages caused by pets).

If damages exceed the deposit amount, guests will be required to pay the balance.

Refund of the security deposit will be processed after check-out, subject to property inspection.
3. Booking Policy

A minimum of 20% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance to confirm a reservation.

The remaining 80% plus any applicable security deposit must be cleared at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Payment for additional services (if opted) must be settled before check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy

100% refund will be processed if cancellation is made at least 10 working days before the check-in date.

No cancellations will be accepted if the request is made less than 10 working days before check-in.

Bookings made during festivals, peak seasons, or New Year are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited to the original payment source within 48 hours.

If cancellation is made via call or through the website, refund confirmation will be shared promptly.
6. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM

Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Early Check-in (Subject to Availability)

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 10% of the previous day’s rent will be charged.

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Complimentary.
Late Check-out (Subject to Availability)

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: 10% of the day’s rent will be charged.

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 50% of the day’s rent will be charged.
7. Liability & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay. FarmstayResort.com or the property owners will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Guests are expected to respect property rules, facilities, and surroundings. Any intentional damage will be chargeable.
8. Amendments
FarmstayResort.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on this page and shall be binding on all bookings thereafter.
